We provide full design services for residential and commercial clients, overseeing projects from conception to completion as outlined below.

CONCEPTION
This is the first stage of the design process in which the broad outlines of a project are agreed. Sketch drawings and digital presentation boards will be created and presented to the client for review. Ideas presented during this stage will reflect prior client briefing and budget discussion.
PLANNING PERMISSIONS
Should extensive development be required, then planning permissions may need to be sought. We have substantial experience and expertise in gaining planning permissions that maximise the client's gain while acknowledging and managing risk. This experience includes managing complex planning appeals and listed building consent.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Once planning permissions are awarded or conceptual design is agreed, ideas are worked up into detailed design packages (comprising drawings, schedules and specifications) to enable the early visions to be built to the quality envisaged. Clean, honest and clever detailing is fundamental to the success of a project, both in terms of making a space unique but also ensuring it can be built within budget and delivered on time.
PROCUREMENT
We are able to acquire products on clients' behalf with the benefit of trade discounts. Procurement services include overseeing the quality of products and ensuring their timely delivery in accordance with the project schedule.
ONSITE MANAGEMENT
We can see a project through from beginning to end; ensuring that the vision is interpreted correctly and delivered on budget and on time and addressing any onsite issues should they arise,. This role extends to acting as Contract Administrator where required for the building works' contract.
THIRD PARTY MANAGEMENT
In most situations, at least one third party service will be required. This is most likely to be a structural engineer and / or building control inspector, but may also be an architect or party wall surveyor. We are able to recommend and manage the appointment of specialists on a client's behalf, and liaise with those parties throughout a project.
CONSULTANCY
We are able to offer a bespoke consultancy-only service for any design project where our full design services are not required.
E-DESIGN & E-CONSULTANCY
We are able to offer E-Design and E-Consultancy services where our traditional design services (as listed above) are not required or the budget is more restrictive. To enquire about these services, please email us.
